A greenfield site to a working mine and plant in 18 months
The challenge. The owner needed a complete frac sand operation built on an undeveloped site: the mine, a wash plant, dryers and load-out.
What we did.
- Managed the build from raw ground through start-up
- Coordinated mining, wash plant, dryer and load-out contractors
- Oversaw about 650 workers on site at the peak
- Rebuilt 11 miles of country road leading into the plant
The result. The complete facility, from mining to load-out, was delivered in 18 months, along with 11 miles of rebuilt access road.
